El Zafiro Wush wush + Gesha + Castillo blend
Fragrance/Aroma: floral, honey, jasmine, lemongrass, chocolate, red apple and peach.
Flavor: red fruits, dulce de leche, yellow fruits, lemongrass, tangerine, citronella and tropical fruits. Residual flavor: lingering sweet citrus.
Acidity: medium. Body: medium.
Clean, uniform and balanced cup.
La Abuela Gesha Washed Organic non certified
Fragrance/Aroma: intense floral, jasmine, lemongrass, rose, hibiscus and green apple, with hints of honey and caramel.
Flavor: apricot, caramel and lemongrass, delicately spicy, honey. Residual flavor: long fruity.
Acidity: delicate citrus. Body: medium silky.
Sweet, clean, uniform and balanced cup.
